Breaking News: WFTDA Championships are coming to St. Paul!

We are excited to announce that the 2015 International Championship Tournament for WFTDA (Women’s Flat Track Derby Association) will be held at the Legendary Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul! On November 6th, the world’s top roller derby teams will arrive for a hard-charging, intense fight for top ranking and Minnesota RollerGirls fans will have a front row seat to all the action!

Madame de Stompadour and Surly Bird led the charge to bring this tournament to the city of St. Paul, getting support from Mayor Christopher B. Coleman and the President of Visit St. Paul, Terry Mattson. They highlighted St. Paul’s award-winning dining, easy public transportation, and the variety of activities to entertain visitors to give WFTDA a well-rounded view of everything St. Paul has to offer. Talking up the dedicated and enthusiastic support of our fans as well as our awesome sponsors sealed the deal!
