All-Star Program Finds Victory in Wisconsin!
Early summer brought multiple big match-ups for the Minnesota RollerGirls All-Star program in Wisconsin.
First up was the Annual Midwest BrewHaHa, a three day tournament that took place in Milwaukee, WI over the weekend of May 30 – June 1.
The All-Stars came out 2 for 2 with definitive victories over the Arch Rival Rollergirls All-Stars (228-115) and the Naptown Roller Girls (330-42).
Meanwhile, the Minnesota Nice had a solid weekend as well ending up 2 for 3. Playing a game each day of the tournament, the Nice ended the weekend with a win against the Arch Rival St. Lunachix (195-160), a loss against the Windy City Rollers Second Wind (131-297), and a win against the Brewcity Bruisers Battlestars (255-99).
Next up, the entire All-Star program traveled to Madison, WI to take on the Mad Rollin’ Dolls.
In the first bout of the evening, the Minnesota Nice came out victorious against Team Unicorn, 235-85.
In an equally dominant defeat, the All-Stars beat the Dairyland Dolls, 318-78.
Look for more excitement on the road as the All-Stars have upcoming trips to LA in July and Seattle in August. It’s shaping up to be an amazing summer for the Minnesota RollerGirls All-Stars!
