The Season 10 Home Tournament for the Golden Skate has begun in full force!
The Blocking Dead featured the same match ups from last season’s Home Championships – The Dagger Dolls vs the Garda Belts and the Atomic Bombshells vs the Rockits. At halftime the Garda Belts were leading 80 to 45 over the Dagger Dolls, and the Rockits were leading over the Atomic Bombshells 84 to 52.
After halftime, the Garda Belts pulled out a sizable lead over the Dagger Dolls, winning 193 – 70. In the night’s closing bout, the Atomic Bombshells mounted an incredible comeback, but were unable to take the lead from the Rockits who won 121 – 119 over the Atomic Bombshells.
